Good things take time! My sourdough is slowly fermented over 18 hours. Placing your order early allows me to prepare everything and ensure it's ready to be baked fresh. You can pick up your bread fresh from the bread hutch on my front porch anytime after 10 AM on Thursdays. If you chose delivery, my lovely husband, Jake, will happily bring it to work with him to Edwards Surgery Center & Vail Health (for employees only).

Our original sourdough recipe studded throughout with tart dried cranberries and toasted walnuts, every slice balances sweet, tangy, and nutty in a single bite. Toast it and spread with salted butter or cream cheese, pair it with sharp cheddar or brie on a cheese board, or build a turkey and goat cheese sandwich that tastes like a holiday in the making.
Made with ripe, sweet bananas and a touch of our signature sourdough starter, it has a rich, moist crumb with just the slightest hint of tang. Each loaf is baked to golden perfection, creating a soft interior with a delicate crust. Not overly sweet and full of depth, it’s perfect for slow mornings, afternoon coffee, or a cozy treat any time of day.
A fan favorite! Our original sourdough recipe with the addition of thinly sliced jalapeños and chucks of cheddar cheese layered throughout. Spicy and cheesy! 🔥 Pairs perfectly with a fried egg, use for grilled cheese sandwiches, or toasted up plain.
