Good things take time! My sourdough is slowly fermented over 18 hours. Placing your order early allows me to prepare everything and ensure it's ready to be baked fresh. You can pick up your bread fresh from the bread hutch on my front porch anytime after 10 AM on Thursdays. If you chose delivery, my lovely husband, Jake, will happily bring it to work with him to Edwards Surgery Center & Vail Health (for employees only).
