Hi, I'm Nicholle—wife, mom of three, and the baker behind this little microbakery. What started as a love for baking sourdough for my family has grown into a passion for sharing fresh, naturally leavened bread and homemade treats with our community. Every loaf is made in small batches using quality ingredients, a little patience, and a whole lot of love. Thanks for supporting my family's dream, it means more than you know.
This bakery began with a simple goal: to feed my family real food with ingredients I could trust. I started baking sourdough because my husband and I wanted bread free from preservatives and unnecessary additives—just simple, wholesome ingredients. I dreamed of my own thriving garden to help with this vision, but I quickly realized my gardening skills left a lot to be desired! So, I posted in our local community Facebook group asking if anyone would be interested in trading fresh fruits or vegetables from their gardens for a loaf of fresh sourdough. The response was overwhelming. Not only did so many wonderful people want to trade, but many also asked if they could buy the bread.
What started as baking for my own family soon grew into something much bigger. Today, I'm honored to share the same handcrafted sourdough with our community that I proudly serve at my own table.
Every loaf is naturally fermented, made from simple and organic ingredients whenever possible, and baked with patience and care. My hope is that when you bring one of our loaves home, you're not just enjoying fresh bread—you're sharing wholesome, real food with the people you love. Thank you for supporting my small bakery and allowing me to be a part of your family's table.
