Inspired by Oktoberfest, this sourdough love is bold, slightly malt-y, and cheesy! For this loaf, we used our original recipe but replaced all of the water with Guinness and loaded it up with premium Cabot vintage white cheddar cheese. Delicious alongside soups, stews, sausages, or simply enjoyed warm with a little butter. Prost!
